Born and raised in Bowling Green, Marty Murphy has spent most of his life outdoors. That lifelong appreciation for the land has given him a deep understanding of farm ground and timber from an early age—knowledge that naturally carried over into his professional career in real estate and auctions.
Since becoming a REALTOR® in 2013 and a Principal Auctioneer in 2014, Marty has gained years of experience in the sale of real estate and personal property. He has successfully handled millions in farm sales and brings extensive knowledge in both the traditional listing method and the auction method. His background gives him a unique ability to evaluate land, understand its value, and guide clients confidently through the buying and selling process.
Married with three children, Marty is deeply rooted in the South Central Kentucky community. One of his personal goals in life is to help someone every day—and those who know him know he truly lives that out. He loves what he does and takes pride in every job, no matter the size.
